  • No. GCC works alongside the General Contractor to support site coordination, compliance oversight, and communication. Trade execution, staffing, and construction means and methods remain the responsibility of the GC.

  • MCC coordinates daily site activity, monitors progress, supports compliance and safety oversight, facilitates communication, and helps resolve issues efficiently to keep projects moving.

  • GCC does not direct trade work or construction means and methods. Our role is focused on supervision, coordination, compliance, and maintaining alignment with approved plans and schedules.

  • GCC helps GCs by:

    • Maintaining organized site operations

    • Supporting compliance and documentation

    • Coordinating building requirements

    • Facilitating communication with clients and consultants

    • Helping prevent administrative or approval-related delays

  • As licensed superintendent, GCC oversees site safety compliance and coordination. Trade safety responsibilities remain with the General Contractor and subcontractors.
